REACT - The Anti-Counterfeiting Network is an international anti-counterfeiting community with the world's leading brand owners as members. Kaulo & Partners is REACT's official partner in Finland. We represent major trademark holders operating in the global market in counterfeiting cases in the Finnish market.

REACT is a not-for-profit organization with over 30 years of experience in the fight against counterfeiting. It has more than 315 business members and brand holders covering all sectors of industry. REACT provides trademark owners with a cost-effective service model and fees to fight against infringements of their brand rights and other IP rights globally through REACT’s local partner network. Kaulo & Partners, as an official local partner of REACT in Finland, represents major global trademark holders in Finland, and helps them defend against counterfeit products in the Finnish market.

We represent brand owners in customs surveillance matters, customs seizures and the necessary legal actions related to counterfeit products. Our anti-counterfeiting measures and services also cover research and market monitoring related to various shops, stores, events and Finnish online auction sites and online stores, and test purchases to identify counterfeits and infringements. In cases of trademark infringement, we send cease and desist letters to infringers to get counterfeit products off the market. When necessary, we defend the trademark rights of brand owners in the Finnish courts.
