Are you the legal talent we are looking for to join our law firm focusing on brand rights? We are seeking an experienced lawyer specializing in trademarks and other brand rights, with the ability to handle assignments related to brand rights infringements and commercial agreements.
Your background may be as a trademark attorney with at least five years of experience in the trademark field and the ability to independently manage trademark related assignments.
We require experience in handling trademark infringement matters, and we consider it an advantage to have experience with infringement situations and infringement assessments involving other brand rights, such as trade names, domain names, copyrights, or design rights. Authorization to act as a licensed legal counsel in courts — or readiness to obtain such authorization in the near future — is a significant advantage.
We also value broad experience in drafting and advising on various types of commercial agreements.

The job description and start date during the autumn will be agreed upon flexibly based on the candidate's experience and preferences. The position can also be part-time if the candidate wishes, and we are flexible regarding the compensation model as well.
