Kaulo & Partners launched its first digital service, LegalLandscape, to facilitate our clients’ efficient brand portfolio and contract management.
This week Kaulo & Partners has had the pleasure of welcoming our first partner clients as users of the KP LegalLandscape software.
KP LegalLandscape displays up-to-date information on all brand rights, such as trademarks, design rights, domain names and copyright registrations, the related documents and communications, as well as other open client assignments and contracts. The software is a free service for all partner clients of Kaulo & Partners.
“Many companies in our industry are using software developed to manage clients' patent portfolios. However, they are not particularly well suited for the management of trademark portfolios and other brand rights. We developed the first SaaS-based service that is best suited for brand rights management, which contributes to increasing the value of our clients’ brand rights through their efficient management,” explains Jani Kaulo.
With the help of the software, taking care of and managing the brand rights and agreements is as simple as possible, when all the relevant information can be found centrally in one place. In addition, the map graphics illustrate in which countries the brand owner has valid registrations or pending applications.
If found useful, the clients can also utilize the software, for example, to manage their own contract portfolios as well, without Kaulo & Partners having visibility into these company-internal documents.
Agile further development based on client needs and feedback
Kaulo & Partners invests in the continuous development of the KP LegalLandscape software, and actively collects user feedback.
"Our own software development enables us to bring new functionalities and additional features to the software on an agile schedule," Jani Kaulo promises.
“At one meeting, we received three requests for additional functionalities and only two days later we had added them to the service,” Jani Kaulo completes.
Own software development has also made it possible for Kaulo & Partners, founded in August 2021, to launch its first digital service, KP LegalLandscape, in an exceptionally fast time schedule.
